How much will advice cost?
This is one of the most frequently asked questions. On the first meeting which is not charged we will agree if fees or commission will be paid and confirm in writing in advance the cost of services payable.

Do you offer a free consultation?
There is no charge for the initial meeting as this will determine if and where we can be of assistance. Charges for services will be discussed and agreed before detailed work commences.

How do I follow the progress of my investment?
We conduct regular reviews, agreed with you in advance and report on progress and whether any ongoing changes are appropriate.

What is a financial adviser?
An independent financial adviser provides advice based on the whole of market, rather than being tied to one company or only able to offer from a restricted panel of providers.

What will happen when I meet with Epic Financial Care?
On first meeting we will initially provide you with a business card for contact and a client agreement confirming our services and charges. We will complete a full appraisal of your existing circumstances, establish your attitude to risk and a needs analysis to prioritise your financial goals and report accordingly to you.
